Also BEWARE they only gave 15 days to return it which I made but had to scramble. It looked light silvery gray in the close-up photo on their website so I figured that was the best indication of the true color but not so. I was given instructions on how to "fluff" the pillow and also was told the website color matches the pillow I received. It was a very expensive pillow that wasn't filled properly either making it flat and empty in the corners. I know there are different shades of grey but one was NOT grey but tan overall so I returned just that one. I ordered two different pillows to use together. They would rather lose my business than replace a $20 handle which is obviously from a batch of badly manufactured handles, one of which they've willingly replaced already. After having spent thousands of dollars with ZGallerie and my upcoming need for additional furniture, ZGallerie refuses to replace the handle - which is clearly from a defective batch of handles - and is forcing me to pay $20 to replace it.ZGallerie, itself, does not value the quality of it's furniture, business from new customers or future business from existing customers. As it turns out, handles - specifically - are not covered outside of the initial 30-day guarantee. I spent months communicating with the ZGallerie store where I purchased the chest, ZGallerie customer service and Extend. However, another handle turned out to have a manufacturing defect as well, but I didn't discover it until after the ZGallerie 30-day guarantee. ![]() I also purchased the Extend furniture insurance coverage for three years. When the chest arrived, one of the handles had a manufacturing defect, so ZGallerie replaced it. I have adored this furniture style for ten years and was finally able to purchase a ZGallerie bedroom with queen **** chest of drawers and nightstand. ![]() I am very dissatisfied with ZGallerie's customer service.
